In the middle months of the year, the faster moving planets hit the brakes and there was very little movement. Venus, who normally spends just 24 days in each area of your chart returned to your home and family sector in April but didn't leave until August, something you are still benefiting from. Mercury, who normally on spends 14 to 15 days in one area of your chart returned to a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart in May but didn't leave until August, again something that you will continue to benefit from. By contrast, Venus will spend time in three areas of your chart his month and the Sun and Mercury two, creating a lot of variety. Venus will begin the month in your work sector, where she will be wearing her planet of money hat as she works to fuel your job confidence, attract opportunities and steer things in a lucrative direction. With Mars' retrograde turn in your income sector last month keeping him here for the rest of the year and a Full Moon there on 2nd October, a day before Venus leaves, this will get the month off to a good start across the income, work and career fronts. It is then that Venus will swap out her planet of money hat for her planet of love hat, as she leaves your work sector on 3rd October and returns to your relationship sector. It is there that Venus will draw on support from Uranus in your communication sector and the planets in your friendship sector, creating a good month across the communication, friendship and relationship fronts. It is on 28th October that Venus will swap hats again, this time switching back to her planet of money hat as she returns to your financial sector, just seven minutes behind Mercury who returns for a double dip visit. Until then Mercury will spend the majority of the month in an adventurous part of your chart, retrograding back out to join Venus in your financial sector but not before the Sun returns to take over his watch on the financial front. The last Mercury retrograde phase of 2020 begins with an opportunity for second chances and to make up for lost time, just as the asteroid Juno, the queen of commitment has returned to help you update your bucket list.
Week beginning Monday 26th of October 2020
When the Sun left your financial sector late last week this not only took the solar spotlight off your financial situation and money matters but left it empty. This is something that would end all planetary activity for the year and with Mars now in his final weeks in retrograde motion in your income sector, this has been a chance to shift all your attention back onto the other side of the financial fence. However, Mars is the warrior planet of the cosmos and he thrives on competition and complacency is a real danger when you need to fight to make the most of the doors open to the past, second chances and untapped income potential. Fortunately, you will get that when Venus and Mercury return to your financial sector on Wednesday. Until then, Venus is making the most of her final days in your relationship sector by giving your heart a voice, while Mercury is working with the Sun to make life's more adventurous pursuits a priority.

Thanks to the Moon's departure from Pisces yesterday, your intuition, instincts and imagination are engaged as Neptune, the planet of dreams and your ruling planet moves into his final month in retrograde motion here. Neptune's direct turn next week will not only end a review of old dreams but with Ceres back in direct motion when she returns in 12 days' time, will mark the start of new doors opening. There is a lot of change in the air and the final months of 2020 are destined to be busy, making it important to make time to revisit old dreams.
Pisces is the twelfth and ultimate sign of the zodiac. You might be last but you are certainly not least!
Pisces rules the feet and those feet carry the weight of the entire body! Sometimes you might feel like you're carrying the weight of the world too.
Yours is a mutable, fluid, water sign. The symbol for Pisces is two fish swimming in opposite directions. This could represent the way that your conscious and unconscious minds pull you in different directions, or your spiritual life versus your material life.
Perhaps those fish symbolise the way that your naturally compassionate and sympathetic nature takes on the burdens of others, even when it's to the detriment of your own direction and well-being.
Traditionally your ruling planet is Jupiter, named after the King of the Gods and renowned for his benevolence and joviality. You are benevolent by nature and you do love a good laugh!
Modern day astrology gives co-rulership of Pisces to the planet Neptune, named after the Roman God of the sea. It seems that Neptune's cloudy, nebulous, undefined energy is also a good fit for your poetic soul. We know fish belong in the sea!
Our oceans are mighty and powerful and we shouldn't downplay the powerful affect that you can have in the lives of others. As a friend or co-worker, you are the one who will willingly agree to shoulder the burden or go the extra mile. You can be completely selfless when it comes to helping others.
For this reason we find many of you in our hospitals and helping professions, although of course some of you have work that ties you to the sea or fishmongery. You're naturally adaptable, so you can adapt to most roles.
You're intuitive and highly impressionable, probably the most psychic of the water signs, so the feelings and moods of the people around you can affect you deeply, more deeply than perhaps you realise.
You could be likened to a big sponge, soaking up all kinds of moods, feelings and psychic debris while you rub shoulders with others during your everyday life, you may not be aware that this is happening. You need times of solitude to let go of this emotional clutter, to feel refreshed.
Sea air is the most wonderful balm for the troubled Pisces soul. Those of you who aren't lucky enough to live near the coast, should aim to visit often. Water is your element and it's totally cleansing. Long baths can be similarly healing, swimming too.
Your sign gets along best with the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, and with the earth signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn, but then it's a rare Pisces who doesn't get along well with just about everyone!
The position of Jupiter and the other planets in your birth chart can mitigate how you express and experience your Pisces nature. If you'd like to know more about your horoscope, one of our astrologers will be happy to help.
